A staff member was waiting for us at the airport arrivals, and we were then transferred by speedboat to the island, where we received a warm welcome with a drink and a full introduction to the resort. We had made two separate bookings for different room types, and the transition between rooms was handled seamlessly. The entire staff on the island were consistently polite, helpful, and friendly. The resort offers a wide range of activities, and the buffet restaurants provide great variety, often adapting to different themes or cuisines (for example, an Easter theme on Easter Sunday or Japanese-themed dinners). Highly recommended!

This place is simply a paradise on earth, everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had, and their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. The food was delicious, and the setting where you have your meals is breathtaking. The villas are stunning and beautifully designed. What really impressed us were the free activities available, we enjoyed snorkeling and yoga, which made the experience even more special. We stayed in a water villa, and watching the fish swimming right beneath us was an unforgettable experience. Pure magic. We can’t wait to come back!

Il transfert dall’aeroporto al resort all’arrivo . Ci hanno lasciati per due ore e mezza in attesa un un posto orrendo senza assistenza e senza neanche aria condizionata . Sicuramente non è colpa del resort in quanto l’aereo è arrivato in ritardo rispetto l’orario previsto, ma dopo oltre 13 ore di viaggio mi aspettavo un accoglienza migliore. Però poi hanno recuperato alla grande nel trasporto di ritorno assecondando la nostra richiesta di posticipare di due ore, l’orario di partenza Per il resto direi tutto perfetto.
