Posizione comoda ,vicino al centro e alle partenze per isole Borromeeee Verbania.Stanza ampia e moderna ,con un bel terrazzo,anche se non vista lago.La zona colazione luminosa,con arredi nuovi e possibilita'di mangiare all'esterno.

La pulizia non é molto accurata,mancano appendini per gli asciugamani in bagno e un appoggio nella doccia ,perché al di fuori del dispenser del sapone non funzionante non c'é nulla.La cosa più deludende é aver trovato una specie di distributore automatico malfunzionante per caffé e cappuccino la mattina a colazione.Il servizio con la macchina da bar é un extra a pagamento e sinceramente doveva essere specificato. Anche i dolci sono solo industriali,cornetti solo vuoti e frutta non molto fresca.Peccato,una struttura cosí bella ,dovrebbe fare più attenzione!

L emplacement à deux pas du lac.

Les chambres avec balcon sont minuscules les cloisons très très minces, nous entendions les clients des deux côtés. Et absence de décoration.

Seul le petit déjeuner répind aux attentes

Demande de place de parking sécurisée non prise en compte mais encaissement quand même. Climatiseur avec fuite d'eau, bruit de goute à goutte. Réglage température à la douche impossible (très chaud, puis froid, puis très chaud, ...)

Location very good a shirt walk to city center and harbour. Breakfast was one of tge best in Italy, continental and sweet, very good products
