Grand Hotel In Porto Cervo

Extremely disappointed with the hospitality. Terrible house keeping n the staff is not helpful at all . Have to literally beg for everything . Don’t even have golf carts for the kids . The staff says it’s only for luggage . Very difficult to communicate as there is no who understands English

The property was beautiful. Overlooked the sea. Walking distance to two restaurants half a mile. Daily breakfast was delicious.

Bed was a little hard for my taste

Everything exceeded our expectations, this stay definitely made our holiday better. The staff was very polite and attentive to details. The breakfast was exquisite, with lots of options (particularly sweets). They have outdoor pool, private beach, tennis & padel courts. Very beautiful and spacious rooms. I think the Booking rating does not reflect the reality, it should be 9.5+/10.

We enjoyed everything

Die Lage des Hotels ist super schön. Die ganze Gegend um das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Die Grösse unseres Zimmers für 3 Erwachsene war etwas klein und eng. Aber ansonsten alles gut.

Lovely hotel.. Staff are friendly and helpful Lovely pool area.. bar staff by the pool were great Clean rooms...a big thank you to Andrea the cleaner who was lovely and helpful. We would recommend the hotel 10 minute walk to restaurants Cab prices are costly 30 euros for a 5 minute ride to the restaurants .

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, con acceso directo a una playa y muy cercano al centro de Porto Cervo

Muebles un poco anticuados. Baño reciclado, pero la experiencia mejoraría mucho con un reciclado del mobiliario de la habitación y las áreas comunes
