An absolutely excellent stay from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning, full of history and charm, with beautiful gardens that create such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made the experience special was the staff, they couldn’t do enough to help and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. It’s one of those rare places where you instantly feel at home. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning.

Booked for a one night stay for our wedding anniversary on 22nd of may, from arrival to check out we we're both blown away with the fantastic helpful professional staff, absolutely nothing was to much trouble the suite we booked had a hot tub and private garden and was so peaceful and just the place to unwind after we'd just eaten probably the best 3 course meal we've had in around 10yrs,the food in the fern restaurant was unbelievable,the staff we're amazing and paid so much attention to detail,they even brought out a special sweet for my wife with happy anniversary chocolate decoration. It's just the simple little attention to details that sets this place apart from other places around. We will 100% be returning again and again. Thank you so much to all management and staff for making our 11th anniversary just that little bit more special.

Fantastic venue for a wedding this weekend, spent time in the gardens and also the main hall. Staff in both areas were excellent. Stayed overnight in the Armstrong Suite, beautiful room with a lovely bathroom. Can’t fault this hotel, will definitely be back.
