manager very good, helped us out after poor dining experience

dinner the first night was very average, food reheated, served cold

Kids enjoyed the heated pool

Looking pretty dated, do not waste your hard earned money at the Grill Restaurant

The staff were amazing. Friendly and nothing was an issue

Just the size of the indoor pool when the hotel was full and the outdoor pool was not in use (we stayed during winter :)). But our first night was at the end of a long weekend, so it was expected. It was great the next day when majority of guests had checked out.

Cleaning staff and the lovely front desk lady that was on duty (Sun 31/05/26) - she was exceptionally good and cater to our families needs.

inconsiderate people that came and used the pool facilities and left their wet towels all over the ground which is a trip hazard especially with kids.

The staff were wonderful. However very rowdy rooms loud cars and music. They guests should have been quickened down a lot earlier than 2 hours later. Also maybe you need security to patrol around d.

The indoor pool is great for the kids and the rooms are always nice and clean!

Unfortunately the spa pool wasn’t working properly!

Kid friendly, staff were really pleasant, they accommodated an early check in and late checkout that we were very thankful for

I mean it’s a little dated but that’s kind of part of the charm!

Pools inside and out, room size

1. Beds weren't comfy 2. Shower over bath 3. Restaurant food took to long to refill 4. Staff need to smile more , the old lady has the best customer service amongst the workers

Love the grounds. Great outdoor area for kids with trampoline and playground. Great indoor swimming pool and gym. Comfortable rooms, lots of entertainment options.

We had a room by the back car park. The windows rattled and banged all night long and other guests arrived loudly until 2.30am with cars revving in the car park, none of us slept well with all the noise. We would request a room on the grassed side if we return, and would try go during the week or on quieter weekends. The restaurant food was nice with an enticing menu but service was very slow.

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.Had sky tv with movie channels.bathroom was very clean and water pressure was great.

Only disappointment was spa pool was not working properly and was only luke warm.However staff had contacted electrition to look at the problem, and appologised that it was not working on the night we stayed.
