The pool is currently open with a limited capacity allowed and prior reservation is required. "Vistas y silencio perfecto. OJO con la HIGIENE!"

El silencio, las vistas, el personal muy gentil.

La suciedad de la piscina interior( pilares había basura sin recoger, solo era un señor con sus 2 hijas y mi hija y yo) como para no poder recoger la basura. Piscina exterior, se entiende que se puede ensuciar por las gaviotas y otras aves pero la verdad estaba con mucha suciedad de esas aves, para ser un hotel creo que de 5 estrellas deberían por lo menos 2 veces al día verificar que esté en mejor estado . Ya comentado en el hotel; no es pocillo que en una habitación me hayan tocado 5 toallas sucias ( asquerosas) eso es inaceptable. Prestar más atención en la higiene. Aveces solo las disculpas no sirven, soluciones inmediatas revisando todas las toallas, porque tuve que reclamar 2 veces hasta que solo acepte toallas revisadas en el momento adelante de la niña de la limpieza e igual tocó en esa revisión una toalla no limpia o con manchas .

Podría solo decir que la cena en el restaurante fue muy básica y excesivo en precio

Ubicación, tamaño de la habitación, piscina temperada.

El extractor de aire del baño estaba funcionando constantemente, la primera noche molestaba el ruido para dormir, se hizo el reclamo 4 veces para que recién lo apagaran. Hubo falta de disposición para solucionar este inconveniente de forma mas rápida
