Quality Inn Hyde Park - Poughkeepsie North

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was HUGE and clean. Bedroom was also good-sized. There was a small piece of damage in the bathroom wall, but no mold or other hazard. Quiet surroundings. Front desk was very responsive.

The TV was broken. At first, there was no sound. When the front desk guy came, he was able to resolve the problem, but when I turned the TV back on in the morning, the picture was completely pixelated. Very well could be a one time thing. I wouldn't avoid going again because of that; it was just a pain. While the surrounding area is peaceful, the motel has typically thin doors, so I could hear what was going on outside the room. No issue with noise from other rooms, though.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Shower did not work properly.

Adequate, but disappointing. Room was small, dark, had a vague smell of lingering cigarette smoke, and there was a small hole in the bed sheet. Nice location, though.

The staff were not responsive about providing additional seating for our room.

I stated the quality in numerous times in Arlington, New York. This is my second time at the quality Inn in Hyde Park and I prefer the Hyde Park one much more than the one in Arlington in Arlington. The staff is nasty, rude and dirty.
