"Excellent hotel, clean and very friendly a taff"

Breakfast and staff were both excellent. The handicapped.room was great and the bed was not really high like most hotel beds. So much easier for me, a handicapped person to get in.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Could have been just me but woke up with back aches

I’m glad you have breakfast open for several hours without having to sign up, like you use to. Coffee good. +cleanliness Very convenient since family lives in Jonesborough. Grandson loves the pool.

We do not like the comforter between 2 flat sheets. The bottom flat sheet didn’t tuck in at foot so became a wadded mess on both beds.

Payed extra to get the room with the jacuzzi tub and the water wouldn’t get hot enough to use it it barely did get warm and then got cold trying to shower
