Shawnee Village Resort

The stay was great unfortunately the queen size mattress was sort of hard, which I never experienced that here before, because i visit Shawnee 2 to 3 times a year. But like I mentioned everything else was great. I truly enjoyed myself, I was able relax and meditate. Waking up early to fresh air and seeing two deers eating made my day. The staff are always friendly to me and my family. They make sure we have everything we need...

I’ve been here many times over the last 5 years and every time it’s gotten worse, but this time will be the last time because having to keep your shoes on indoors to walk on the carpet is too much. This trip we were put on golf course Dr . Walked into dob webs and black and white stains all over the carpet. My kids and I kept our shoes on the entire time and to sit in the couch I insisted on putting towels downs very uncom

It’s outdated and has an 80’s feel. Beds not comfy. Felt more like a motel stay

The place was beautiful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing.

We love the relaxation atmosphere

Our unit wasn't updated but it was clean and comfortable. It had an old fashioned kind of rustic look. We had an issue with ants upon arrival but maintenance was sent out immediately to fix the problem. The water wasn't always hot but maybe it was because there were 5 of us! We made use of the pools, hot tub and game rooms during our stay. The restaurants and supermarkets were all 15 minutes drive away. Overall i would rate our visit a 6 out of 10.

Good place to stay with your family if you’re looking to be near Pocono area attractions and to relax at the end of the day in a villa.

The AC upstairs was warm but the downstairs was freezing to keep the upstairs reasonably comfortable. Vent more AC to the bedrooms please.
