Nothing really! There was stains on the bathroom door

The location, the staff weren't helpful at all! On the list of things included it said hairdryer. There wasn't one. The whole stay was awful

Suitable for baby

There were two very nice young men who were working at the reception. They were kind and helpful when I arrived and I'd like to thank them. The room was clean and comfy. Across the road has very bright lights overnight, but the blackout curtains meant it wasn't a problem. It's also easy to get to the motorway. I have to visit Luton a few times a year, and have not been to The Chiltern Hotel for quite a few years. My bad. I'll hope to book it in the future.

APCOA signposts were everywhere and I thought I had to pay for parking. I needed advice with the receptionist who said I didn't have to pay. It would be helpful if that was more obvious for guests. I also noticed that there was a hole in the door as if the door keys have changed. Safety of the door was a doorchain only. It's also a busy road, so quite noisy, even through the night.

No curtains in windows except thick heavy ones so room always dark or if open room exposed to everyone Clock in bathroom mirror whilst nice touch had wrong time which was disorientating
