Friendly staff

No hot water in the room- asked lady at reception, she said she would send someone, no one came. No bath tub plug in bath die to water crisis but was never i formed about it when i booked. Roof was leaking, made the floors and table wet in the room.

Everyting- perfect place to relax and recharge, while exploring the Garden Route. The room and hotel are exceptional, so is the whole staff, always welcoming and with a beautiful smile! We would definitely like to be back!
