"Very Good"

Beautiful spot and a very impressive building right on the side of the Loire. Great local restaurants.

Very basic room with no air conditioning and unable to open windows due to creepy crawlies, (Notice on windows) during our very hot two night stay meant little sleep.

"Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, aber nachlässig gemanged"

Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude in schöner Umgebung

Frühstück (4 Personen*18 Euro = 72 Euro für das Frühstück) -war um 7.30 geplant, war erst um 8.30 da. Wir haben deswegen bei der Durchreise 1 Stunde Zeit verloren (wir hatten noch 8 Stunden vor uns). -Teewasser war kalt -Keine Eierbecher - Milchkaffee schwach und Cappuccino schlecht (Pulver) Obwohl beste Zimmerkategorie (2 Zimmer *183 Euro=366 Euro plus 4*2,2 Steuer) -Tapete hat sich grossflächig von der Wand gelöst (Leim für 10 Cent und 10 Minuten Arbeit hätten das repariert) -Toliettentür hat nicht richtig geschlossen (ein neuer Magnet für 1 Euro hätte gereicht) -Keine Bettbezüge, nur 2 Laken, das Oberbett haben wir dran draufgelegt... -Keine Ablage für Koffer -Keine Flasche Wasser Für 442 Euro hätte ich mehr Professionalität erwartet (das muss gar nicht viel kosten)

L’emplacement et l’histoire du batiment

Difficile de décrocher un sourire a qui que ce soit, on a vraiment l’impression de déranger, c’est vraiment dommage. Le parking n’est pas reservable ce qui est problématique quand on est resident de l’hotel, rien ne vous garanti de de trouver une place. Dommage apres une longue route avec trois enfants. Petit dejeuner hors de prix pour le choix et la qualité proposée.

Tolles Hotel in geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude, super Lage direkt ab der Loire und Altstadt, Sehr schöne Zimmer mit neu renovierten stilvollen Bädern, schönes Restaurant mit Blick auf die Loire und hervorragendes Frühstück mit vielen lokalen Spezialitäten
