It was a very basic motel. Clean and very simple, though definitely dated. Was on the highway but only a short walk from the ocean.

I think it was fine for the price.

Location close to restaurants and Avila Beach GC! The gas fire lounge area is so cozy for a group of 12 friends.

I could have used toilet brush.
