The only thing that was halfway decent and legit was the maintenance man. His name was Adam. He is the only one who communicates. Anything he's the one that got us cleaning supplies. He is the one that got us. The towels listened to the things we had to say, like, literally, the only one who acted like he cared.

Where do I start? First of all, I had to do a deposit separate from when I paid for the room. Which I assumed. My card would be on file, and the deposit would be charged. If it needed to be not, they would take the money and take it out of my account. And then take up to 3 days to give it back to me. I didn't like that. That room was still filthy dirty. I have got pictures to prove it. No towels, no pillows, like it was disgusting. The wifi didn't work at all. Whatsoever, when my sister tried to communicate this stuff the next day, they were super rude to her, like, weren't willing to do anything to make things right? No customer service etiquette whatsoever.
