Motel 6 Morrilton, AR

The room had been nicely renovated, had a good bed but the floor was filthy! The TV/cable did not work and there was no ice machine.

The location was good. A center point for all planned events.

The beds were too tall for a short person to get in bed. I had to sleep by the wall and place my feet against the wall to push myself upon the bed. No housekeeping. Not enough towels or washcloths.

I loved the fact that it was very clean and peaceful. The AC worked great as well.

We had a King bed in room 206, none of the lights worked except one on the right side of the bed and the TV, the bathroom light didn't work either. As well as the Fridge and Microwave didn't work but maybe that was due to us not turning something on right? But I don't quite know, all I know is neither worked even while plugging in.

People (men) outside smoking in the stairways ,(Blocking the steps) and smoking too close to the parking area. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The place does look newly remodel but needs to be kept clean. Refrigerator was not clean, popsicle left in the huge block of ice.

Made my reservation on a Thursday morning for 5 day stay staring Sunday night. Got a call at 10am Sunday morning telling me they didn’t have a room for me and the rooms had been reserved for 6 months. Very poor customer service to wait till 10 am on the day of the first nights stay to inform someone that the room they reserved days before hand was not available.

The parking lot needs finishing. Also nails in parking lot from construction crews.

The people who worked there were very nice and the room smelt very clean when entering and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I took a shower and there was a 2n1 soap dispenser and a body wash as well and both were empty.

Adequate accomodations; desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful.

The room and property are clean for the price. The family that operates the motel are very kind and accommodating.
