"It was terrible!!!"

Smoking room Believe me I needed it after staying there!

The tv froze up constantly!!! The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep! There were nails, sharp end up all across the floor in entrance to the bathroom!!! The toilet moved with little effort as if it was going to turn over!!! The faucet was moving in all directions as if it was going to disconnect!!! 9am with a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, a female quickly knocked twice and opened the door before I could speak or move!!! I was half naked!!!

The staff was super nice and friendly. Very helpful. My 74 year old mother is a lifetime smoker, so the smoking room was a big plus for her.

The bedspreads both had burn holes very visible.
