"Totally unacceptable bathroom"

The room had a stale smoke smell. The beds were ok and the Ac worked good. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair all over the tub and floor and a dirty washcloth on the back of the door. I do not think the toilet was cleaned either. Totally gross. Did not use shower.

Location was great. Very quiet, Room was good except we reserved a king bed but when we got there the only king room was smoking. Breakfast was great. When we arrived the desk woman did not greet us, never smiled or said a nice word to us.

"It was good except for the disabled room I had reserved not being available."

booked a room for disabled. on arrival I was told they didn't have one available. I have stayed at this Best Western several times in the past. the last time I stsyed I had a disabled room. I recently broke my right shoulder. This disabled rooms have a larger bathroom area and a shower that is much easier to get in and out of than a regular bathtub shoe]wer combo.
