The food quality is not good.I have found a steel wire in my bite.and the charge of the plates was too high

Breakfast was good everyday. Staff, especially kitchen staff very helpful when I wasn't always feeling good every day (anxiety related). Ate dinner most days here, and it was always good. Stayed nearly a week around Holi and this was a peaceful retreat from the enthusiastic crowds in Mathura and Vridivan. We used the pool some each day to read, spot some birds and stay cool in the hot afternoons. Great internet and AC. Quiet. Enjoyed it a lot.

It's in a quiet area. The staff kindly flagged drivers for us to where we wanted to go, but the drivers going back do not really know where it is, its a bit secret, but we always got them there, Google maps helps. Pool needs more skimming, and a few loungers. the power goes out some, briefly I think in town as well, maybe just the holiday crowds? But the wifi stays on. I would come to do the temples themselves in a less crowded season. We weren't able to get help with a guide to navigate the customs and crowds.

Too expensive for type of rooms

Room furniture , bathroom fittings , facilities in general are too old. Not worth spending Rs 5000 per night .

Very helpful with advice on cars and taxis.

Disposable cup for making tea, I got burnt while making hot coffee.atleast they should provide mug or tea coffee cup not disposable.

Bathrooms are Bad

Nothing as such

Interior of the place reminds everyone that this is indeed royal. Paintings from cairo and konark india, are extremely beautiful. Bed are good ,everything works fine.

Bathroom is too small. There is no faucet for camod. Little stain in bathroom.
