Nothing. It was a waste of money & time.

I didn't like the staff behavior. My room don't even had landline phone available. There were no sitting chair for kids in dinning area. Room had bad smell & mosquitoes. Breakfast had very limited options that too not served in buffet. This property completely disappointed me. I would recommend to blacklist this property on Booking.com Property charged my entire stay amount at the time of check-in and I was keep on saying when we do the Booking with credit card advance payment is not needed. Property should charge to It's guest at the time of check-out only.

Property was great. Very comfortable! Staff were fantastic and incredibly accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

WiFi could be spotty if you were away from the main hotel, but wasn’t too bad.

Both employees at reception were excellent. Other staff were also courteous and helpful.

The manager on duty Mr Bipin Sen was non-responsive (did not answer three phone calls) for hot water issues. Later had to shift to another room. Restaurant food is overpriced.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

There were many power outages. But it wasn't a big problem for me.

Authentic indian, freshly prepared.

Noisy due to traffic, dirty shower, and ac right on top of the head with unbearable wind. Overpriced.

Safe and secure location in the heart of Mathura. Food was very authentic and delicious and exactly what we were after. The staff across the property were exceptional, in particular the general manager and the chef who were very helpful and provided us with everything we needed.
