"I would not bring the family here again unless I was just passing through and needed a roof."

The person who checked us in was pleasant enough.

The place was fine, for Bakersfield. It was definitely dated. The coffee machine didn't have enough sugars/creamers. The creamer was super old too. The website said that we were supposed to get a suite with a pull-out sofa, but there was just a chair. It also said there was a pool. The pool has apparently been closed for years. These are the reasons that I booked this hotel. When I asked the front-desk, there was a different person who didn't speak much English, so I just gave up. Overall, big disappointment. Booking.com should just remove this site until they can meet some basic service and accountability standards.

Camas cómodas y con ascensor para subir a las habitaciones del piso de arriba.

Cuando llegamos la habitación que nos dieron no estaba hecha, pero en seguida nos cambiaron a otra. El desayuno un poco escaso.

Nicht sichere Umgebung und laut. Fahrstuhl müsse dringend gewartet werden. Angebotenes Frühstück qualitativ nicht gut. Deposit selbst nach 2 Wochen noch auf Kreditkarte hinterlegt.
