Hotel Antares

Sajout agréable dans cet hôtel avec une grande piscine et le petit déjeuner inclus. Emplacement un peu loin du joli petit centre ville de Villafranca

Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating on the front of the building. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. I love going to Italy so I was really excited to go. I went here with my performing high school friends, ready to sing, dance, act and have fun. As soon as we arrived from our very long journey, we waited 45 mins for us to be addressed to our rooms in the scorching heat. When we got to our rooms, we were shocked. The floor was dirty, same as the walls, it was quite crowded and there were flies everywhere. The air conditioning wouldn't work because of the cheapskates that are the staff. There was poor quality of soap and hygiene, and no towels to wipe your hands. The windows were broken and there were broken lamps. But the thing that finished me off was the shower, there were 2 doors THAT WERE BOTH SEE THROUGH. At that point I started sobbing because I realized how long I'd have to deal with this. And some people had the rooms worse. The food was so mediocre and basic I barely ate anything, the staff was no help when my friend lost their bags so my friend had to hunt for it themselves and the staff only provided us with sparkling water overall. The pool was our escape but even that was dirty and there was no shade. We went to beautiful towns and sites over the days but the majority of us, myself included, threw up/collapsed from the heat, and the staff didn't do anything when we got back. If it wasn't for the amazing people I went with, I wouldn't have survived in this place. Final message: PLEASE DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

La struttura avrebbe grandi potenzialità sia per la posizione sia per i servizi che potrebbe offrire. Tuttavia la sporcizia è evidente fin dall’ingresso. Le terrazze sono discariche a cielo aperto. L’area piscina è piena di mozziconi di sigaretta sull’erba. La camera era sporca, piena di polvere, datata e poco curata. Un vero peccato!!!

På billederne så hotellet fint ud, hvorfor vi valgte en overnatning på dette hotel, men det levede ikke op til vores forventninger eller op til de billeder der var online af hotellet. Vi havde bestilt et værelse til 3, men får tildelt et værelse til 2 personer. På vejen til vores værelse er der beskidt (se billeder) og værelset minder på ingen måde om de billeder der fremgår på hotellets hjemmeside eller diverse booking sider. Vi siger selvfølgelig at vi har bestilt og betalt for et værelse til 3 personer hvorefter vi får af vide at vi kan blive opgraderet til en junior suite, hvilket vi takker ja til. De virker en smule nyere end det første værelse, men det minder på ingen må om en suite. Der er ingen stikkontakter og det første vi bliver mødet med er et hul til loftet.

Spa, wellness og fitness området var i stykker, udendørs pool var ikke renholdt og deres morgenmad var virkelig dårlig. Hotelværelset var ved at falde fra hinanden

Hotel carino esteticamente, abbastanza curato e pulito. Peccato che l’aria condizionata non funzionava e c’erano 50°C, troppi ospiti maleducati, staff poco professionale, hanno cercato di entrare più volte nella nostra stanza.

Mancanza di mezzi pubblici nei giorni festivi.

The halls are seriously dark and feel unsafe. The restaurant hours are terrible. The staff was not helpful and the rooms are not well kept: things are falling apart, one of the windows didn't work and there was saran wrap over the smoke detector. Seriously bad vibe all around.
