מיקום מצויין, מסעדות קרובות, 3-5 דקות הליכה ברגל לתחנת אוטובוס לוורונה ולסרמיונה. לסרמיונה אפשר להגיע גם בשיט. 20 דקות ברגל לתחנת רכבת ממנה יוצאים גם שאטלים לגרדה לנד. המלון כולו והחדרים נקיים מאוד. ארוחת בוקר מוזמנת ערב קודם לפי תפריט ושעה ומוגשת מוקפדת וטעימה לכל אחד. בעלי המקום אח ואחות , מקסימים ועזרו לנו המון עם טיפים ועם המלצות בסביבה ועל מסעדות, וגם עזרה עם לוח הזמנים של האוטובוסים המקומיים והרכבת , מומלץ מאוד מאוד מאוד
