Palanga Life Balance SPA Hotel

Viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį. Išskirti galėčiau ypač paslaugų personalą ir nepriekaištingai išpuoselėtą aplinką. Gal kažkiek nepatogumų patyrėme dėl automobilio parkavimo vietos. Taip pat norint pusryčiauti lauke, turi būti labai ankstyvas, kad rastum laisvą vietą. Tačiau tai tik mažos smulmenos lyginant prieš visas geras emocijas patirtas viešnagės metu.

Best hotel !!!

The hotel is in amazing location, probably the best possible in Palanga. Breakfast was great also, good choice of healthy meals. Our room didn't look like 5 star at all, more like 3-4. Especially bathroom was poorly done, very cheap materials used. But everything was very clean. The biggest disappointment was SPA, we chose this hotel pure because it has a beautiful SPA area and it is beautiful indeed just you cannot enjoy because they allow small CHILDREN, all day we felt like we are in water amusement park, not in a 5 star hotel SPA... An advice for the hotel management is to advertise it clearly as a hotel for families not as a luxury SPA hotel.

Nice spa area. The design building was lovely and had comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast alright, the quality of the food was not that high as expected from a 5-star hotel. The only big minus is that there were a lot of children in the spa area, also in the sauna and relaxation area. They were running around screaming and playing. Absolutely unacceptable. Neither the parents nor the staff quieted down the children. The noise was somtimes unbearable and we had to leave the spa area to relax in our room. The SPA treatments you pay for (massage, facial etc) were wonderful and the staff there fabulous.

Viskas labai patiko, išskyrus vonios patalpą- nėra dušo, o išsiplauti galvą galima tik atsisėdus vonioje- dušo laikiklis netinkamoje vietoje!

Not worth that money. 1.Staff like ice faces and inhospitable. 2.Air conditioner not working, in the room +26 at night but stuff do not respond to multiple requests to resolve the problem. 3. Parking fee 20€ per day !!!! but everyone puts the cars where and how they want, noone from hotel control it and as a result it is not possible to leave parking because someone blocked exit.

In general we had a really fantastic stay. Loved the SPA area and all the swimming pools (perfect also for children). Compliments for the SPA itself, me and my husband enjoyed a lot the massages. Also worth mentioning a wide and delicious breakfast selection and dinner options. Some efficiency could be achieved with quicker service in the outside pool area though. Either way, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and we are planning to come back next year again.

the hotel is in good condition, especially the spa building (design). the room was good also in the luxury building, but the a/c did not work properly. very friendly staff. one minus is that we did not get into the restaurant for friday evening dinner. no one told us that the table should be booked in advance. and then the explanation was that the restaurant and the hotel are different companies. I think despite that it would be good to advice the guests to pre-book dinner table at the front desk.
