"Theft in the hotel"

Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

I lost expensive headphones that I needed for work at the moment due to theft happening in this hotel. You would have thought that on the hotel premises you can leave your things on a sunbed for a moment while going to water etc, but apparently not. My headphones disappeared and no one could do anything... First time such thing happened to me at any hotel. There are no cameras and no one is watching who enters the hotel and to my inquires they just responded "well, someone probably took it"... Also rooms with pool view are incredibly noisy all the time. Fans plus machinery from the bar plus who knows what other machines create an illusion of living in a factory, impossible to sleep or relax. Never experienced something like this and I previously stayed in hotel from this chain in Mallorca and I was very happy with it - it was calm and quiet...

"Très bel endroit pour se poser"

L’emplacement idéal entre plage et rues animées , super !! Le personnel est très sympa

Piscine intérieure non chauffée, Hamam et Sauna jamais fonctionnel malgré les demandes répétées !!! Peu ou pas d’animations le soir Fermeture du restaurant à 21h. Mais beaucoup de produits secs à partir de 19h30

Las cenas empiezan a las 18 y termina a las 21. Demasiado pronto y además, la comida deja mucho que desear. Pedimos media pensión y al final tuvimos que hacer las cenas fuera...
