MOTEL 6 - Albany, NY - Airport

I’ve been going there for years love the location.

Well new management brought on new policies. I didn’t like that they charged me a deposit fee for a “just in case” the room gets damaged method. When I got in the non smoking room there was a portable heater there that didn’t work and it looked like someone put out a cigarette on it, some things were broken and not of my doing.

Did not eat breakfast

That I could get underneath the bed. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The lady at the front disk was nice and helpful

Need some improvements, no breakfast nothing for eating even as vending machine except the soft drinks, no common place to set or chill, no TV channels, TV is there but doesn’t work

I took one look at the room, and returned the key card to the front desk. Broken floor boards, dirty everything, no toilet paper roll!, it was simply the dirtiest, worst motel room I've ever seen.

Clean the floors. The room was fine except the floor was filthy. We had to leave our shoes on. The floor turned my wife's socks black.

Floor was very dirty.

The black mold, no smoke alarms and all the sketchy people staying there looks like a place for criminals than for actual guests. Make sure when you leave you check your belongings
