This is an economy hotel that is exceptionally nice and well run by the staff. Housekeeping of my room was impressive, with attention to detail and no short cuts. Desk staff was polite and professional. For this brand and price point, truly better than most comparable options or even better than some more expensive options.

The king size bed was horrible. We woke up hurting. It was a brick. The breakfast and coffee were gross. I will not stay again. I don't really recommend. .

Someone came and pounded on our door at 4AM and for some weird reason, there was duct tape over our peep hole. Made me and my husband very uncomfortable

"I won’t be back regardless of how cheap the price"

The lobby was clean, the customer service rep was nice and check in was hassle free

I’ve got a smoking room. The room was disgusting it had stains on the mattress as I was spraying w/ lysol, the carpet felt & smelt dirty. The toilet constantly had the flushing sound and the tub was rusted /brown. The ceiling had stains on it. The chair that was under the table in room was filled with dirt & dust when I try spray it with lysol. I was afraid to sit on bed or chairs in the room. I nva took my shoes or socks off the little time I was there. I really checked out that same day I checked in never asked to get a room change I’ll rather sleep in my truck before I come back. Waterloo location room much better then this location
