Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Historic District

The location

Having to pay for parking on the property, and most of the time we were unable to park there. Had to park a block away in a parking garage.

My daughter and granddaughter were satisfied with their breakfast each morning. The pool area was very nice and we were fortunate that it wasn't crowded. Ice was convenient.

The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking is not adequate. The last day we had to park in the parking garage a couple of blocks over and I didn't feel completely safe after dark.

Clean and comfortable.

Everything was ok.

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough that I was able to decorate a 3 tier wedding cake in the room with my supplies.

Breakfast at that price was not much better than economy hotels.

The lobby was welcoming and comfortable. The location was nice. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

The elevators weren’t all working, so that was a little slow, but not too bad.

Room was very comfortable - like a well appointed bedroom rather than a motel room. Walk in shower was nice, too!

Parking was an issue - no one told us about satellite parking at the next door hotel when we checked in, so we had to deal with that later.

The entire experience was great.

Let's start with the location, 15 minutes from the highway in the heart of River street. Plenty of food options and activities. The team at this location was amazing.
