The four flights of stairs to our room, the confusing assortment of multiple light switches, the lack of space between the foot of the bed and the wall.

Regarding the Kutuma Hotel, you will not find a kinder, more welcoming group of people to receive you. And you will not find a kinder, more welcoming group of people to attend to your needs. Its restaurant is outstanding. Its location is pivotal. And if you could stay another day or two, you just might.

L'accueil et le service de ce boutique hotel est sympathique et attentionné. Nous étions à Montréal pour une dizaine de jours afin d'y retrouver notre fille qui réside dans le quartier du plateau. L'hôtel Kutuma est excellement situé pour quiconque veut découvrir Montréal tout en s'immergeant dans la routine des habitants du plateau. C'est incontestablement le quartier le plus charmant de la ville. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces en tout genre sont à proximité immédiate, sans oublier celui de l'hôtel que nous recommandons également.

Amazing place in Montreal I’m really happy I chose this hotel for my first visit to Montreal. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and I’m so glad I picked this one — it was definitely the right choice. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and it’s not easy to find a place with such genuinely kind and caring staff. Everyone here is very attentive and truly wants to help. Nothing feels fake — you just feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Thank you so much, Adam! I’ll always remember my birthday and my stay here. The hotel is very clean, close to the metro, and the rooms have everything you need. Some rooms even have a jacuzzi, which is such a nice extra if you want to relax. The breakfast is complimentary and really good, and the beds are super comfortable. There’s no elevator in the building, but it wasn’t an issue for me at all — the staff are happy to help with luggage. It’s also very quiet, which I really liked. I would love to come back here one day. I feel very grateful I got to stay here.

Décor superbe équipements modernes et neufs bain autonettoyant très propre. Grand lit. Et le restaurant abordable et délicieux . Une pépite!

La porte patio la lumière du lampadaire traverse le rideau mais vraiment je fais des caprices. Sinon une petite explication des interrupteurs des lumières dans la chambre aurait pu être pratique même si c'est relativement intuitif au final.
