Norseman Hotel

The room was lovely and the hosts very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding

Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Staff very accommodating and managed to move us to a room on lower floor.

More available information about local bus travel. We wanted to go to John O Groats but the reception staff didn't have info and the main bus stop opposite hotel didn't have a printed timetable.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable enough.

Worn down hotel. Wifi in the room was worthless. Breakfast was very disappointing. The croissants were like cardboard. Better not serve those at all.

Situated well in town , easy parking

Could do with an area for smokers , rather than standing at front door , unfortunately no lift , although not disabled my sister would have struggled to reach top floor , thankfully we were moved to 1st floor

As usual a lovely stay, clean bedroom and bathroom with comfy bed, fresh sheets and good facilities. Friendly staff Good location for me visiting my father in Seaview care home Hood breakfast

Nothing to dislike

Everything. Didn’t expect this class of hotel for the price we paid. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Could not complain about anything.

The Wi-Fi. It really sucked.
