More than adequate

We were forced to book here after our other Booking.com location was not able to deal with the extreme heat (see my other review). Kyriad did not disappoint! The room was a constant 18 degrees in the 41 degree heatwave outside. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom and linen were clean. Separate toilet was a brilliant idea. We stayed the additional time for a late check out as we felt so comfortable and the room was great to come back to in the heatwave. The staff were friendly and responsive face to face and the whole hotel ambience was relaxed and comfortable. I’d definately stay here again. I just wouldn’t pay for breakfast.

The breakfast wasn’t good. What was cooked (eggs and sausages) looked inedible - see picture: would you eat those eggs? 🥚 What I felt was gaulling was that whilst we were eating there was a hotel quality inspection happening. They looked at the eggs that resembled the photograph and no mention was made about the poor quality of the food: well the eggs weren’t changed that’s for Sure. I’m an egg eater and felt really disappointed 😢 It’s only a small point as the rest of the hotel is worth a definite yes to return. I just won’t eat breakfast there in the future.

The restaurant very good food and friendly staff.

Hôtel agréable ainsi que le personnel.

Tout était bien.

equipements vieillissant- un ascenseur toujours en panne depuis des mois-changement serviettes tous les 4 jours !
