Milan Garden Inn

The property is nothing like the pictures. The area is unkept , overgrown with weeds, the pool is full of sludge and garbage. The main entrance is unkept and smells of body odor and stale food. They have a no refund policy so if you pay in advance of seeing the place then you are screwed for getting your money back.

Pool is out of service, likely for a long time. Claiming a pool is misleading. We picked this hotel because it claimed to have a pool, which was non-functional. Again, the claims of a pool for this hotel are false & misleading.

ITS HORRIBLE. MOLDY SHOWER CURTAINS. NON WORKING LIGHTS. CRACKED WALLS. RUSTY MINI FRIDGE FULL OF WATER. DIRTY CARPETS. GARBAGE STORED IN FRONT OF OUR FIRST ROOM. FULL GARBAGE BAGS STORED OUTSIDE ALONG THE DIRTY EMPTY POOL. DISGUSTING YELLOW STAINED BROWN PILLOW. BADLY STAINED UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS. CIGARETTE BURNED SHEETS. THIN 20 YEAR OLD COMFORTERS. FILTHY ROOM. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS RUN DOWN HELL. DONT DONT STAY THERE ! PICTURES SHOWN TAKEN WHEN IT WAS BEST VALUE INN. STAY AWAY. EXPEDIA STOP SHOWING FALSE OLD PICTURES ON YOUR SITE, WHICH IS MISLEADING AND SCAMMING YOUR CLIENTS.

TV had a wide pink line down the right side of the screen. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Simple room nothing fancy but very afordable.

The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. The only thing that would make the rooms better would be getting rid of the carpet. The beds were comfortable. Our limited interaction with the personnel was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The location is great because you are only about 5 minutes from all the action of Niagara and less than 15 minutes to St. Catherine's. We would definitely stay there again.

Was only there for one night and find it clean but not enough tiwels and it was out dated

Just need a place to spend the night

The room has a bit of a smell to it. Not fresh The bed was very hard did not sleep well

Wifi was erratic. Channel selection on TV excluded some basic channels. Rooms need a makeover, old looking. Beds were comfortable.
