Yes Hotel Touring & SPA

I booked a Superior Sea View room at this hotel 10 months in advance, I checked reviews and it all looked great. The hotel was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and everything looked fab. Our flights got changed five months before we were due to go but the hotel managed to book our rooms for the extra two nights. I emailed months ahead and requested a renovated room, I was advised that all the rooms were renovated. When the taxi pulled up I was a little shocked at how run down the hotel looked. The reception staff were lovely and off we went to our room!!! Whoa, no way had that room been renovated, it was awful. I went back to reception and refused the room. Where was the lovely room I booked on account of the pictures and why were we in the old part of the hotel. She gave us another room on the floor above which was nearly as bad. I refused the room but was told if we stayed in there one night they would move us the next day to the newer block that I had booked but at that moment it was full. The next day we were moved to the 5th floor in the newer building, the room was very basic ( more ⭐️⭐️ than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). The bathroom was very dated and the shower was appalling. We had no hot water for four days and had to speak with the manager. The plus was the staff/breakfast/location of the hotel was great but I wouldn’t return.

Het uitzicht op zee, niet zo druk in de omgeving behalve in de straatjes met winkeltjes en eettenten.

De bedden zijn erg hard en het ontbijt viel tegen. Dit komt omdat er enorm veel zoetigheid te krijgen is maar geen (amper) bruin brood. Het is hier een soort dikke harde cake. Wel losse harde bolletjes maar heel weinig bruin.

Super hotel i osoblje

El desayuno es muy completo, muy variado y muy rico. La vista desde el balcón de la habitación es espectacular . La habitación super comoda

Quise reservar en el spa y no había nadie para atender, entonces fui a la recepción y una de las chicas me tomó la reserva para el domingo 17 a las 18hrs y cuando fui no estaba agendada y ya estaba ocupada la hora, asi que no puede realizarme ningún tratamiento.
