"Pleasant, especially the breakfast and the clean room and beds."

breakfast was excellent= The room was big enough.

The rooms don't have clothes dryer or at least clothes line. If putting the wet swimsuit on the chair on the balcony you can't sit at the table on the balcony. It would be good if there are small cloth dryers on the balcony like in other hotels.
