I've stayed there before and I've noticed that throughout the years, their focus has turned more on the lounge and restaurant. As residents, we've noticed a lot of missing/non functioning items in the room. The cleaning lady was so nice to help us with our needs but when it comes to room services we were struggling a bit. Food came late on a lot of occasions even when we've specified the timing. At the restaurant, some of the waiters were so rude to us and I even reported some of their behavior to the receptionist. When the receptionist confronted the waiter, he yelled at me saying that I'm trying to get him fired when I was just reporting a 45 minutes wait to be attended. That behavior wasn't professional and the environment felt hostile. I wish the managers put more focus on training their staff on good services. It's a 5 stars hotel and it's not cheap at all so I was expecting good quality, The receptionists are very good though, very service minded and well managed, I was just struggling with delays every time I've requested something. They either forget to take forever to get our request. The spa was amazing, we did a hammam and it was totally worth it. Would I go back to Villa Didon, maybe but hopefully they would improve their services by that time

Accueil très chaleureux, restaurant avec une vue juste wawwwww, Kamel nous a servi avec bienveillance et su nous guider dans nos choix. La chambre, très grande, avec salle de bain face au lit et une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol, le linge de lit non repassé. La nespresso pas vidé avec des reste de capsules. Une paire de chausson pour deux. Une bouteille d’eau mais pas de verres. Dans l’ensemble je suis satisfait de ce séjour.

Det var inte bra. Mycket ljud utanför rummet. Frukosten är hemsk. Man fick en meny och så fick man inte välja va man ville ha.
Un piccolo albergo bellissimo situato in un posto meraviglioso..cibo strabuono con una vista da Dio!! Per non dimenticare la colazione a scelta portata in camera quando volete L'unica pecca è chiamando al telefono ci avevano detto che era pieno ma entrando sul sito abbiamo riservato tranquillamente.
Zimmer sind in einem top Zustand, modern eingerichtet, geräumig und es war alles sehr sauber! Tolle Lage und Ausblick von der Terrasse des Hotels. Zimmer leider komplett hellhörig (Man hört fast alles von den Nachbarn und dem Zimmer oben drüber). Das Personal war nicht besonders zuvorkommend - beim Frühstück mehrfach versucht, eine Flasche Wasser zu bekommen - es fühlte sich keiner zuständig. Das Frühstück war einem 5S-Haus nicht angemessen. Unbedingt die Rechnung und Belege beim check out überprüfen!! Ich sollte deutlich mehr zahlen, was dann auf einen Fehler im System geschoben wurde.
