Worse place ever I had to go down the street to get I key, the price went up30.00 in one day and the clerk said they couldn’t change rooms cause it was sold out total lie, air conditioner didn’t work correctly wouldn’t stay cold I’ll never go back nor should

The place is as clean as a pin. The owner is welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel if you want good service and cleanliness but not luxury.

For the price…Very good! Great location.

Reserved standard room. It was basic but more than adequate. Very clean, owners were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and quick, very friendly. Room was recently remodeled and very clean. Only down fall was our room was a downstairs unit and the upstairs neighbors were very loud, You could hear very foot step, sounded like a herd of elephants. Next time we will ask for a room that does not have upstairs neighbors. :)

Nice basic room at an affordable price. Nothing fancy, but a good place to spend the night after being out and about enjoying the outdoors at South Lake Tahoe.

No water pressure in the shower.

The room was very clean. Staff seemed to only be available at their other hotel, but it's about a block away, so not too bad. Check in is not until 4pm. There's a small picnic table outside to eat on. Nothing fancy, but the room itself was fine. Mini fridge, microwave, and a small table with a coffee maker. It was close to all the beaches and Emerald on the opposite side. Very good pizza restaurant directly across the street. Overall good experience.
