The room looked clean but there was a particular smell in a non smoking room. The staff was great overall.
Easy check-in, very happy with the room and location. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and happy to help. Bed is comfy and shower and amenities are all great! I did not appreciate being charged $20 for "early check-in" when the check-in time is 4pm. & they want you out of the room by 11am. Love how everyone has to nickel and dime you everywhere.

Hello, I am Frances Averbuck and I stayed with you from August 14th to Augusto 23rd On my card, the following charges appeared: USD 1,009.68 USD 27.06 USD 172.33 USD 520.00 USD 90.00 Totaling USD 1,819.07 I requested the receipt and was given a receipt of USD 504.84 + USD 1,009.68 = USD 1,514.52 What does this difference of USD 304.55 mean?
