We had a great time! Location is perfect, breakfast was delicious, the view is gorgeous! It has parking, it’s close to the main streets, great restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.

Very good breakfast spread but coffee was atrocious.

Coffee! Beds do need upgrading. Uncomfortable mattress and a duvet would be good.

The shower is so small and faucets are terrible , should be modernised

L Accès au centre ville en contre bas nécessite l utilisation de très nombreux escaliers pas très faciles pour les personnes âgées surtout pour retourner à l hôtel Tout l hôtel a besoin d un rajeunissement pour être au top du top

Superb view from the many terraces and pretty close to Corso Umberto. The view is unbeatable. We liked the old style rooms and service was outstanding.

The only thing not so good is the old style shower , but it didn’t bother us much for the 2 nights stay.

Breakfast was woeful. Lift was old and rickety. Public spaces in this hotel need refurbished. Management unpleasant. Swimming pool was at top of hotel in the gardens, you had to access via a bridge, climb up uneven stairs with no handrails then walk along a path and down some more stairs with no handrail, health and safety risk. We did not use pool. The bar at the hotel did not seem to be manned despite management stating they were there 24 hours. Prior to seeing pool we asked if there was a snack bar or bar up at pool, we were told that there was a phone to call down to 1st floor bar. Good luck with that! Don't know how or when this hotel was rated as four star, but it is no more than one star. We were booked in for seven nights but checked out after two nights.

Great location. Glorious views. Staff were very helpful. It’s an old hotel but a good one.
