Hampton Inn Easton

Very bad experience. The room had a horrible smell when we checked in, and the condition was not acceptable. When we asked the front desk for help, they said they could not do anything and refused to give us another room. The hotel was also very noisy, and we could not sleep properly. We tried to raise the issue, but even the manager did not respond. The front desk staff were rude and even said they did not care if I posted a review on Google. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the best...the General Manager, the people, the place.

Staff was polite, professional and extremely helpful, especially the evening shift on Friday. Unfortunately I forget the young lady's name, totally my fault, but she was very helpful with a minor issue we had with our dinner order from a local restaurant.

Nothing, everything was great, we stay here several times a year and always enjoy great service

Good breakfast options. Shower was nice, but was not handicap accessible and had no shower chair or bench. Comfortable bed with outlets close by.

The ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom! I was looking for it and it was the LAST place I would have expected it to be. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Cable tv went in and out. It would be nice to have access to streaming services without having to put in your own account information. It was rather far from the elevator to be a handicap accessible room.
