Staff was great. Hotel lobby really nice, decore nice. Breakfast was REALLY good.

The furniture in the room. Bent lamp. Dining chairs worn out. Table was gritty (had to wipe it down). Desk chair was a little wonky, but worked. Beds were nice. Place was clean (except for the table).

Our unit was smaller than most other Residence Inn properties but we were only staying one night so it worked. The one bathroom sink area had no place to hang used hand towels and the bedroom only had one nightstand. I had to use a kitchen chair on the window side of the bed for my glasses and phone.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The only issues we had were the noise from the air conditioner as the location of the unit in the closet was directly at the foot of the bed. The room was right next to Interstate 44 and the traffic noise was very prominent. We will definitely stay there again but request a room on the other side of the hotel.
