Room was dirty with leftover trash from previous guests, notified the front desk. The soap, shampoo & conditioner dispenser was out, notified the front desk; however it was never refilled. I was there for 6 days and supposedly the came to clean every other day, but only the bed was made.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The staff that checked us in Friday night was wonderful.

The staff during the day was decent, housekeeping for that particular Saturday we were there had an attitude, majority of the plugs that were in our room did not work. I had to use an extension cord from behind the TV plug to plug up some of my stuff on top of that Sunday morning as we were checking out, my brother-in-law got stuck in the elevator which we came to find out that the inspection was expired on five 2025. And when he got stuck, he pressed the button for help as my husband went and told the manager and the manager said she has nothing to do with that.

There was nothing I didn’t like! I loved its location, centrally located. Close to family in Riverdale & Jonesboro. Near by shopping, restaurants, fast food, etc.. It was very very clean in my room, other common areas, such as the lobby, breakfast area, lobby and the grounds.
