La amabilidad del personal de restauración.

No habíamos sido adecuadamente informados de que no había servicio de habitaciones, ni restaurante ni cafetería el sábado por la noche y nos encontramos con una máquina de sándwiches para cenar. Es complicado el acceso al Parking del hotel, está mal indicado y tuvimos dificultades para entrar y salir el fin de semana.

There weren't that many and any shortcomings that might have been there were overcome by the wonderful hotel staff.
