Lage Nagelneue Zimmer bei höherer Kategorie

Höhere Kategrie gebucht, aber weil man mit Pudel anreist, schlechtere Kategorie zum gleichen Preis bekommen. Nach Protest gebuchte Kategorie erhalten. Freundlichkeit bei den Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück fehlt. Empfang auch sehr zurückhalten. Der zahlende Gast darf nicht direkt vorm Haus parken, weil dort für die Geschäftsleitung reserviert ist. Löcher im Bettlacken und Haare im Bett.

"Gutes Hotel, innen top, von Außen erstmal etwas veraltet"

Neu renovierte Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, zentrale Lage, Frühstück war ausreichend

Zufahrt zum Parkplatz unübersichtlich, man erkennt die Zufahrt sehr spät, dann muss man noch eine Runde ums Hotel fahren.
