The location was right next to swarthmore college

It was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel in the US. We had reserved 3 rooms. First of all, the staff gave us keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest who was extremely angry at us knocking on their door. Then the key to another room didn’t work twice which was a long walk from the room to the front desk. Third and the worst part was, the kids and wife saw bedbug on the bedsheet in two rooms and cockroache in another room. When we went to the front desk, they were already upset by the fact that hotel was fully booked. They told me they can’t help us with another rooms since they are overbooked. When I said I can’t stay on a bed with bedbug and cockroaches they told me to talk to “Expedia” even though it was done through booking.com, and they will not cancel or refund anything even though they can’t provide me with clean and hygienic place to stay. I then reserved another hotel 1 hour away in Delaware by not staying in this hotel and reached there around 1 in the morning with my kids, elderly mothers and other family members.

Room was full of bedbug and cockroaches. During check in an already occupied room was given to us which made the existing guest extremely upset. The other room key didn’t work 2 times so I had to walk all the way to the front desk twice. When informed the front desk staff about bed bug and cockroaches and not being safe and healthy environment for the 89 years old mother and 7/10 years old kid, the front desk staff was extremely rude and told me there is nothing they can do and yell at me saying “Ho talk to Expedia” thinking I booked it through Expedia. We had to leave these 3 rooms for sat night as well as Sunday night and find some clean place to sleep 1.5 hours away at 1 in the morning. I need to have my money refunded to me for these days and rooms.

You guys need to put micorave in the hotel room not outside because everyone dont won't to use the same micorave
