ZTL Hotel

I like how accessible the hotel is and how near it is to amenities. Constant food supply just below the hotel makes this hotel superbly attractive. I also like how near the entrance of the hotel is to the Metro station. It is indeed a very convenient and fuss-free hotel to stay in.

The air-con was switched off during my stay. Made a call to receptionist and they said they were maintaining the air-con and will switch on a couple of hours for me, which I appreciate. But to be honest, if this was mentioned during the booking, I'd likely skip this hotel or choose to go on a different date where it is not maintaining. I am from a hot country and night air-con is very important to me, regardless of the current weather in China.

Thank you very much to the lady reception Ms Amy who handled our check-in on 8 Jan. She is very helpful and even assisted us to arrange transport to airport on 13 Jan. All the hotel staff are very friendly and we felt at home during our 5 nites stay in the hotel. We will definitely come back to stay and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Location was superb for shopping lovers. Closer to the high speed Train station as well

Nothing much apart from the language barrier as no English at the reception

Reception was very helpful and friendly. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved that they have a 2-bedroom family suite which is not common for a hotel. Location is right in the heart of Dongmen pedestrian shopping street so it was super convenient, and right next to Laojie metro station Exit E. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we return to Shenzhen.

Location!! Its just on the Dongmen street!

Even their late checkout price is very reasonable!!
