"Fantastic location. Warm"

The staff were amazing. So helpful and warm. There was a lady at reception who spoke Hakka which was a godsend. We were caught by the T10 typhoon which meant we were stranded in HK and missed the first night But the hotel only charged us the nights we stayed which was fantastic.

Although it is non smoking, there were some rooms that had residual smoke odours. We stayed as a large group in 5 rooms. 2/5 rooms had smoke smell. But otherwise the hotel was lovely
