Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for spa treatments. Atendimento muito gentil. Acomodações espaçosas. Recepção e check out muito ágeis. Ótima disponibilidade de canais de televisão. Cobertura com vista muito bonita.

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Os copos não eram lavados ou trocados. Pratos e talheres do serviço de quarto levaram mais de 48 horas para serem retirados. A recepção não atendeu muitas vezes. As informações eram imprecisas. O Wi-fi foi muito precário.

The inclusion of in-room amenities such as a tea set added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

There was a clear discrepancy between the booked room features and the actual availability upon arrival. Despite specifically reserving a room with a tea set, this amenity was initially unavailable, with staff indicating a complete shortage of tea. This undermines the value proposition, particularly as a lower-priced room without this feature was available at the time of booking. While the staff made efforts to provide alternatives and eventually resolve the issue, the delay in addressing a relatively minor and easily correctable matter reflects an avoidable lapse in service consistency.
