Nothing , beds perhaps were comfy

Muy mala experiencia este año nuevo en este hotel, la regadera no funcionaba , no había agua caliente , room service pésima atención, alfombra sucia , puertas baños en mal Estado, hotel viejo y sucio. Solo reconozco la atención en Esiel y el gerente en turno que trataron de enmendar las fallas, una pena me ofreció cubrir solamente el 50% desayuno, esa es la limitada capacidad de decisión que dan en camino real a sus gerentes. Nunca más Camino Real.
