Our room was very clean and the hotel had many nice amenities! Very nice breakfast and many varied choices! The food we had was very good!

The only negative was that we had a hard time finding it. We saw it from the expressway, but the road it was on was not marked very well. It would have been helpful to have a sign closer to the road or better directions on your website.

Lovely hotel. The morning check during the weekdays was amazing!! She was able to check us in early for our 2 night stay. Location was awesome!!! Everything you would need is on that road. Went to the zoo and it blew us away.

The beds only had 3 pillows on each one. With 4 in our group that ment 2 had to only get 1 pillow. They were super soft which would of been awesome with afirmer pillow behind it. I woke up stiff as a board every morning but the rest of my group had no problem. Pool was very, very, very cold. You would think this would be fixed by now based on other reviews and responses from the hotel.

Breakfast selections were not good. No milk in container so no cereal for breakfast. Ran out of coffee went to front desk to let them know. They came in to make it and then disappeared. The hotel was a little dated but nice. We were on the 2nd floor and we heard the squeaky floor all night. The front desk staff was great and warm chocolate chip cookies were great.

Breakfast selection could have been better. Hot tub was great but hot tub area was a little rough.

There was a weird smell when entering the hotel like someone had been smoking. A lamp in our room had slim all over it, the bathroom toilet was leaking, the fridge wasn’t cold; my husband had to fix it. Our bathroom tub didn’t plug for a bath; my husband had to fix that so our 6mo could take a bath. Our toddler had super black feet from walking on the carpet floor in the hotel room. The lack of pillows was wild just glad I travel with our own pillows.. The pool floor was so slippery kids were falling left and right. When booking we were reading reviews and decided to spend the extra $200 it was going to cost to stay at country inn because it looked cleaner but honestly we could have just stayed at microtel next door. Breakfast Friday morning was well managed and stocked, but Saturday morning was not great at all. Everything was empty, took forever to get anything restocked. The location is awful trying to get out of the hotel onto the main road, so much congestion.
