Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

This location is perfect. It is a 15 minute walk from Clifton Hill. It is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the horseshoe, and you can see the smaller falls right from the location. Entertainment and great dinner options are just up the street. The noise was not an issue at all. Staff were kind and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and good, with the exception of very little fruit.

The pillows. You go to a hotel to get a good sleep, but not everyone likes giant pillows that incline your head. I had an awful sleep because of the pillows. My husband resorted to using a towel instead. To ALL hotels out there: Consider a better pillow selection (or we have experienced hotels that have a pillow menu). The lack of a good sleep put a major damper in the following day. The other issue was the curtains. We enjoy blackout curtains since we rarely get to sleep in. The curtains are strange in that the middle was not blackout - I think for aesthetics. This needs improvement along with an update of the room.

The location was perfect. Staff was friendly.

Location only few minutes walk from the falls. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Balcony. Friendly staff, hard working lady preparing breakfast all by herself for many guests. They have pool and hot tub, but we didn’t have time to try it. We stayed in the tower which seemed to be newer, nicer, not the older motel. Call them to make sure you are booking room in the tower. It’s not that obvious on the website. Parking was included on premises. That’s a bonus in this great location.

Our room was not ready at 3:00 pm. Late by 1/2 hr. Front desk staff kindly stored our luggage for the time being.

Close to Niagara Falls, great for parking as last year had a better hotel but no parking and had to park away from the property, so this was a bonus.

Needs an upgrade, if they spent money on an upgrade it would be perfect.

Great location. Loved the availability of a pool and hot tub. Breakfast included and free parking was awesome.

Only issue was the shower made a squealing sound when it was run and the Decor was a little out dated, not a deal breaker though. It served our need for our trip.
