Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

There was a balcony, if the weather would have been warmer, it would have been better to be able to sit there.

Better curtains would have made it look not so run down. The room just needs an update.

The view was amazing, and the location was right next to many of the attractions. The hotel has chargers for electric cars and good parking.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The sink was clogged, and there was a smell in the hallway.

Excellent location and major value for the price. Breakfast has good variety. Definitely a gem. We have stayed there every year for almost 10 years.

Noisy air-conditioner

The view of the room is superb! I asked for river view and they gave it to us. The kids are happy.

The receptionist when we checked out is not that accomodating and friendly.

Location was perfect

The staff especially the managers who were at the desk were very rude and doesn’t really have any customer service etiquettes. The new lady I don’t remember her name was very sweet though! The old managers needs to be taught a refresher course of how to interact with customers!
